How we work
A site visit, then a price. In that order.
FridgeWiz sells, installs, and services commercial equipment for operators across Atlantic Canada. The order of operations matters more than the brochure: we look at what is there, write down what the work covers, and only then talk about cost.
What we handle
Supply and specification
We work out what the site needs before we quote it — what fits the space, the service hours, and the way the building already runs.
Quoted in writing, usually within [QUOTE TURNAROUND].
Installation
Installed by a local crew who plan the work around your operating hours, not around ours. The scope is agreed before anyone arrives.

Service and support
The people who installed it are the people who come back to it. Callbacks, routine service, and warranty work go through the same number.

A site visit covers
- A walk of the site, with what is already installed written down
- What you need it to do, in your words, before we propose anything
- What the equipment does, and what it does not do
- A written scope and price — including what is excluded
- Who installs it, when, and how long the site is affected
How we price and what we will not claim
We do not quote off a phone call
Sites differ more than catalogues admit. What is already installed, how the space is laid out, and when you can afford to be down all change the job — so they get looked at first.
The scope says what is excluded
Anything not covered is written down as not covered. That is less pleasant to read than a round number and much less expensive later.
We do not promise a figure we have not measured
Where a result can be measured on your site, we will tell you how it would be measured and when. We do not carry someone else's numbers in from another building.
